For second time in row I reserve appointment with some specific barber and when I attend they change her. First time I thought it's a mistake but when it happened again for sure it's not coincidence.
I choose specific barber based on friend's recommendation that this person speaks English and when she was changed, the new barber requested translation from colleague and ended up with miss-communication and not doing what I wanted.
I wish they fix this issue as this strange system I never faced in Brno in 5 years!
