Unfortunately we had the worst experience with Victoria yesterday .I tried to reach store manager and salon owner on various phones indicated on the website to share my feedback prior to leaving a feedback here.
Few months ago we went to the salon and everything was really fine with customer service who was really friendly and dog cut which was as I indicated. This time we went to new specialist who from the beginning was arrogant zero politeness and friendliness. When we picked up the dogs (one supposed to have a haircut and another just washing ) the one with with haircut looked horrible , the worst haircut we had in Prague, considering we agreed on the cut which I showed was done previously at the same exact salon. When I expressed my feedback to Victoria she said “you might want to check other salons then” therefore sending us to competitors . I think this is extremely rude . I advised her to not ruin business for the owners with such rude statements because this is not how customer oriented. It’s a shame because she is the only person working there and with such attitude she will surely drag the business down because from 4 dogs customers she had that day , she lost 2 of them due to her poor service and attitude.
Not only we received the worst haircut, the worst customer service, but we also were sent to other salon which we happily will do .
Since I know this salon from Vinohrady and my friends used to go there too , I will make sure to share my experience with everyone because I care for other people to never experience what I did.
Please note that All the positive reviews were left for other personnel who were fired from the salon according to Victoria. Now when she is only person working there, do yourself a favor chose another salon because when you will receive poor services this is what she advices you to do.

We love dogs Spa jsem navštívila se svojí čivavou poprvé a určitě ne naposled. Maximální spokojenost. Moc příjemný personál, prostředí a perfektní vybavení. Těšíme se na další návštěvu.
